Fees & Deposits

A signed rental agreement along with a nonrefundable rental deposit, refundable security deposit, certificate of insurance and valid credit card number are required when you book your event. Indoor and outdoor venues are available, and rental rates range $400–6,000 depending on the space(s) reserved. The Rose Garden, the largest outdoor ceremony site, is $3,000 for a ceremony only or discounted to $1,000 when rented in conjunction with a reception hall. Daytime and nonprofit rates are offered on certain dates. Rentals are available during the Garden Lights Holiday Nights show (Mid-November to the beginning of January)—an incredible backdrop for any event.
