Carlin is the best friend every woman deserves—and lucky us, now she's ours. She's kind, generous, fiercely loyal, and will defend you in every room you're not in. When you're struggling, she shows up with a listening ear. When you're sick, with a meal. When you're celebrating, with a bottle of champs #priorities. Carlin joins us as a Regional Sales Manager, and brings that very same heart to her clients: building relationships rooted in trust, communication, and a genuine heart of service. Here's the thing about Carlin: she doesn't just want the people she works with to succeed, she rolls up her sleeves and makes sure they do. If you know her, you're better for it, and we cannot wait for every client lucky enough to land in her corner.

Insider Info

Familial status: Married to my best friend, and we have a beautiful baby daughter!

Favorite quote: May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” —Romans 15:13

Things that bring me joy: Walks with my husband, my daughter’s soft smile, sunsets, the beach, deep conversations with friends, new restaurants, worship music! Oh, and mahjong!

Death row meal: A huge bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. And keep the Parmesan coming until I stay stop!” (which won’t be for a hot minute). And then a warm brownie for dessert.

Drink of choice: Either an ice-cold sparking water OR a crisp glass of champagne.

What do you love most about weddings? Every part. I cry anytime a bride walks down the aisle, during the vows, first dance, speeches, even when the sappy country songs come on during the reception!

Favorite book/book genre: My current favorite book is Theo of Golden, but my typical go-to genre is historical fiction! I love a good tear-jerker.

Favorite podcast currently: The Toast. I listen to this every day and normally end up crying laughing at some point. Swirly” is a common word in all my girlfriends’ vocabulary.

What I like most about my job: The best part of my job is the women I work alongside. Even though we’re a remote team, we’ve created a culture that’s collaborative, encouraging, and full of energy. That sense of connection and shared passion carries into the work we do, allowing us to show up for our clients with genuine enthusiasm and a desire to support what matters most to them.
