Anne is passionate about many things—but as a native of Illinois, the three things at the very top of her list are: her family, any bit of sunshine she can get, and hockey. She spends the majority of her free time donning heavy winter coats, organizing team functions, and cheering on her kids at the rink. Hockey Hall of Famer Wayne Gretzky once said, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take”—and Anne certainly embodies this spirit. She defines the meaning of being a team player and dives into her work each day with fierce dedication. Having been a venue manager herself, she knows that, much like hockey, it takes great determination and a whole lot of heart to be successful in this industry. She stands at the ready to give her best to her Hoppy sisterhood and to her wedding venue clients in IL and across the country. She may have ice in her veins, but she's got fire in her heart.

Marital status: Mar­ried to my best friend. We became friends 10 years before we ever got mar­ried, and I believe that’s what has held us togeth­er through tough sea­sons of life. I promised to not com­plain about his stinky hock­ey bag and he promised to deal with my need to orga­nize lit­er­al­ly everything!

What pushes my panic button: Mess­es! Clut­ter and dis­or­ga­ni­za­tion dri­ve me crazy!

Most unrealistic life goal: Becom­ing a pro­fes­sion­al singer. My par­ents put me in voice lessons at age 9 but after four lessons the teacher told my par­ents they should save their mon­ey. So that was the end of my singing career. I still love to embar­rass my kids and belt out some 90s rap!

Favorite way to wind down after a hard day: An episode of Chica­go PD or any­thing FBI, and a glass of red wine.

Childhood career choice: Doc­tor. After I got done with a chap­ter of The Baby-Sit­ters Club I dove right into my mom’s med­ical books. I could­n’t learn enough until I real­ized you had to see blood in real life and not just photos.

Dream vacation: The Greek Islands! I would love to start off in Crete, scu­ba dive in San­tori­ni, and then go off the beat­en path to Laf­ka and enjoy the sparkling blue waters.

Best premarital advice: Make sure you enjoy spend­ing time togeth­er, tru­ly just the two of you. And nev­er stop want­i­ng to learn about each other.

Workspace décor: Three cups of cof­fee, rose gold every­thing, and post-its for days!

What I'm listening to: Audio­books! Any­thing by Shari Lape­na or Mary Kubi­ca is a must-read or lis­ten to! Between the audio­books, I love any music that came from the 90s and uplift­ing podcasts.

My ideal date night: A food crawl! Find­ing a fun town that has a myr­i­ad of local restau­rants and hav­ing drinks, appe­tiz­ers, entrées, and dessert at dif­fer­ent places.
