Allison doesn’t just understand wedding venues—she’s lived the hustle. After nearly a decade at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, she knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle event sales, guest experience, PR, and marketing…sometimes all in the same week. That insider perspective is one of her superpowers: She can spot what a venue team needs before they even have to say it, then jump in with equal parts strategy, creativity, and genuine hospitality. And when Allison cares about something (or someone) she's ALL in. Case in point: This is the woman who flew eleven hours to Kauai for a weekend, running on almost no sleep, just to celebrate a friend on her wedding day. Off the clock, she’s a summer girl through and through, collecting shells at the beach, sipping Hugo Spritzes on a patio with friends, watching Fourth of July fireworks, treasure hunting at thrift stores with her mom, planning her next adventure with her hubby, or putting her whimsical, eclectic stamp on their historic home. Heart, hustle, creativity, and hospitality instincts for days? Yep, we hit the Hoppy jackpot with this one.

Insider Info

Pronouns: she / her / hers

Where I live: My husband and I recently bought a house in Chester County, PA. We love the quaintness of the small towns, while still being accessible to Philly.

What I did before working at Here Comes The Guide: I spent a decade working in numerous roles for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. I started my journey at Four Seasons Orlando helping families plan their Disney vacations. I then moved back up north to open Four Seasons Philadelphia where I held roles in PR, digital marketing, sales, and special events. I loved my time with Four Seasons and especially loved the work perk of getting to travel to different properties around the world!

Top 5 favorite movies (in no particular order): Forrest Gump About Time Up Love Actually The Parent Trap

Post-wedding craving: After working a long wedding day, you’ll find me rushing to a McDonald’s drive-thru for a crispy Coke, large fries, and chicken snack wraps (with honey mustard instead of ranch, iykyk).

My perfect day: Start the morning at a cute coffee shop, find a farmers market or craft fair, spend the afternoon at a museum or art gallery, dinner at a new restaurant in Philly, and end the night with ice cream!

Favorite sports team: I wasn’t always a big football fan, but now “Go Birds” is part of my regular vocabulary and I love cheering on the UCF Knights during college football season.

Best advice to couples: A wedding is a chance to showcase your love story! Think of silly little things that make you, you, and incorporate them into the day. For example, if you fell in love Down the Shore, incorporate beach tags or salt water taffy into the day… even if you’re not having a beach wedding! It’s little details like this that bring your love story to life. And also… just have fun!!

We can be friends if: You’ll jump on stage to sing “What Dreams Are Made Of” with me at karaōke.

Dream vacation: My husband and I love to travel and I’m always planning our next trip! Some of the top travel experiences on my radar include: a Nile River Cruise in Egypt, exploring the Christmas markets of Germany and Austria, and eating my way through Japan. If you’re an avid traveler, send recs my way!! I’m always adding to the list!

What I love about my job: Working with the most incredible team of kind-hearted people. I also love that this role allows me to stay connected within the wedding industry — which in my opinion has some of the most badass, hardworking, creative people in the world!
