Will prepare “going away” picnic boxes for the bride and groom. Assign a server especially to the bride and groom and the family, to meet their needs during the event and make sure they enjoy their day. Will use recipes provided by the family, or will help them customize their menu. Specialize in a casual Continental and California cuisine, featuring health conscious recipes. Focus on customer service and creating customized menus.
