View vendor videos on a flat screen plasma TV, leaf through magazines and materials in The Event Loft’s design library or examine the many samples of products and services while sipping on a beverage served up by the friendly and experienced staff. Confectioners, photographers, florists, graphic artists, caterers, estheticians, videographers, event planners and more—you can gather your team of top-of-the-line suppliers without any of the usual planning confusion. The onsite concierge, a highly trained industry specialist with expertise in timelines, contracts and scrupulous follow-through, will guide and assist you and ensure that your requirements are all perfectly satisfied.
The concept was created by well-known event coordinator Adina Gallade of Fleur de Lis Events, who claims the idea grew out of her strong desire for organization and clarity. “I enjoy giving clients the royal treatment,” says Adina, whose reputation for excellence extends from the orchestration of extravagant, multi-venue, multi-day events to the staging of intimate and personalized celebrations. Adina is known for delivering on her promises. No wonder clients adore her and top vendors vie for the opportunity to be included on her list.
A no-pressure environment with a luxury feel, this handsome studio is not just a place to plan parties; The Event Loft also hosts them, showcasing a variety of fine vendors on a regular basis to keep clients abreast of new offerings and trends. The location has even been used as a movie location, one more testament to its appealing and inviting vibe.
