Reviews
“Fleuretica were the only florists who actually stayed within our budget when they wrote up an estimate for us. And they stuck with it—no hidden charges that surprised us at the end. I felt like other florists had a pre-set template in mind and would slightly alter that template to accommodate me. But with Fleuretica, I thought they really listened to me and came up with completely original ideas.”
“It was so helpful and fun to look through the different drawings that came out of our conversations.”
“Our centerpieces were unique and gorgeous, complete with hanging candles, butterflies, birds, and submerged LED lights. Fleuretica’s prices are the best that I’ve found—without compromising quality.”
“Our rabbi was bowled over by how the chuppah combined our two cultures in this completely unique way, that he just said ‘Wow, this chuppah is really amazing,’ during the ceremony!”
“Euri very patiently went back and forth with me for months on several ideas until I could make my ideas work on a budget. I just LOVE her designs; I love her sensibility.”
“Beautiful, fresh, and cool.“
Services
At this custom floral design studio, partners Euri and Kendra love conjuring new twists on floral design. While they focus on mainly floral arrangements (including bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony flowers, etc.) they also provide made-to-order fabric-wrapped containers, source vintage vessels, and offer design workshops tailored to people who want to be creative and don’t know where to start.
One feature of their service that sets them apart from many designers is that Euri gives you sketches of the design ideas so that you know you are on the same page.
About This Company
What 3 words describe your work? Whimsical, charming, fun.
Why should someone hire you? We take the time to listen to what our bride’s want and make ourselves available to them when they need advice, referrals, or if they just want to vent.
What are some of sources of inspiration or influences on your work? Rebecca Thuss, Vera Wang, Kelly Wearstler, and Jonathan Adler are some designers that I admire.
Tell us about a favorite, unusual or most interesting moment at a wedding: We had a bride who had her flowergirl scatter dog biscuits on the aisle to get her dog to walk down!
What is the best advice you give to a couple when planning their wedding? Breathe! Remember to laugh and de-stress during the whole process – it’s supposed to be a fun adventure.
If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be? I can’t decide between freezing time or moving at the speed of light. It would depend on the costume. ;)
What’s your favorite book/movie/work of art? I love series books like those by L.M. Montgomery, Laura Ingalls, and Louisa May Alcott. I also love novels of manners (Jane Austen, Edith Wharton). Marie Antoinette (the movie) is awesome for its costumes and set design. Moulin Rouge is the perfect mix of dramedy and design.
If you could design an event with unlimited budget, what would you do? I would love to fuse two themes together—a vintage carnival and a seaside picnic, taking cues from Renoir’s Luncheon of the Boating Party and everyone would have to be dressed accordingly!
