Background
Chefs Amiee D’maris and Peter Alan met over a pot of butternut squash soup that Peter was preparing. Now married, the pair oversee AmieeAlan Custom Catering, a full-service catering company celebrating the taste of the Bay Area. Working closely with their highly professional and devoted staff, they provide superb cuisine and elegant service.
Amiee’s years of cooking and management experience are visible with her creative menu designs and deft execution of exquisite events. “I believe the foundation of an extraordinary meal begins with the integrity of the ingredients,” says Aimee.
As Executive Chef, Peter specializes in Asian-fusion cuisine. He apprenticed for three years with a Japanese chef and has had the opportunity to work with some of the finest talent in the industry including those at 4th Street Grill, Paula Le Duc, Chez Panisse and O Chame.

AmieeAlan is devoted to sourcing fine, locally grown, organic and biodynamic ingredients whenever possible. Under the guidance of Peter and Amiee, their talented and creative chefs prepare authentic cuisine that span the globe including Asian, Latin, Mediterranean, and Regional American to name a few.
They specialize in full-service catering and event design for all special events including weddings, private parties, corporate events and luncheons. Menus are custom tailored for each event.
