Description
Situated in a picturesque canyon at the southern end of the Livermore Valley, Wente Vineyards Restaurant, Event Center and Golf Course is surrounded by vineyards, sycamore groves and rolling hills. The site, with its beautifully landscaped grounds, is a versatile setting for a wide range of special events, from weddings and receptions to conferences and business retreats.
White Spanish-style stucco buildings are accented with tile roofs and floors, and terracotta pots full of flowering plants. The casually elegant restaurant features three private dining rooms and terraces with views of the vineyards and distant hills. Experienced staff can assist with menu design and wine selections, as well as recommendations for event services such as photography, floral design and overnight accommodations. Wente Vineyards also offers full off-site catering capabilities for events of 50 to 500 guests.
Business clients often like to combine a meeting with an al fresco luncheon or a round of golf on the Greg Norman-designed course, located just a chip shot away from the Conference Center. Wente also offers private wine tastings and team building for groups, and customized labeling for corporate gift programs or special party favors.
With its first-rate facilities, acres of vineyards and warm, Mediterranean ambiance, Wente is an extremely popular event site. They book up quickly, so don’t wait too long to pay this East Bay oasis a visit.

Fees & Deposits
For weddings, facility fees run $1,000–4,000 based on the day and time of the event. A deposit equal to the facility fee is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation. In addition, 50% of the estimated food and beverage charges are due six months prior to the event date.
Catering is provided: buffets, luncheons and dinners, including wedding cake, run $44–75/person. Tax, beverages, rentals and a 20% service charge are extra. The anticipated catering balance is payable 2 weeks prior to the event; all incurred expenses are due the day of the event.
For business functions and meetings, facility fees run $150–3,000 depending on spaces rented. Food is provided; prices will vary depending on menus and services selected. Call for specific rates.
