Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve the site. The balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $1,500–2,000 depending on the day rented. Packages are available that include food, staff, rentals and valet service; these range $67–97/person. A package deposit is due upon reservation, the balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Tax and alcohol are additional. The option to bring your own caterer is also available.
