Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Another portion is due 90 days prior to the event, and the balance is due 7 days prior. Rental fees range $1,000–2,500 depending on the space rented. Meals range $40–100/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
