Fees & Deposits
A deposit ranging $350–700 is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $200–1,600 depending on time and space rented. A reception in the Bayview Room is $1000 for 8 hours, or $2000 for wedding and reception. For 2008, the deposit ranges from $100 to $1000, depending on the type of event. Rental fees for 2008 range $200 to $2400. For wedding ceremonies, a wedding coordinator, a musician, a rehearsal, set-up and clean-up are included in the rental fee. For receptions, use of tables and chairs, set-up of tables and chairs, and event coordinator are included.
