Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. A portion is due 90 days prior to the event and the balance is due 14 days prior. Rental fees range $500–12,000 depending on the time of the event, the space rented and your food and beverage minimum. Meals range $15–70/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
Availability
Year-round, daily. Ceremonies take place at 10am or 5pm, wedding receptions take place in two blocks of time: 11am - 4pm or 6pm - midnight.
