Description
We’d like to introduce you to a sophisticated facility whose spaces can compete with those of the best event sites. There’s even a rose garden for ceremonies! Would you believe that this beautifully designed venue is a community center?
Built in 1989, this outstanding rose-colored granite and glass structure features pools, fountains and lush landscaping. Inside, the Fountain Room is the most popular area for receptions. Curved laminated beams radiate from a center point, creating a domed ceiling 40 feet high. This sizable room, decorated in subtle plums and lavenders, is equally suitable for black tie affairs, casual parties and large meetings.
For smaller events we like the Terrace Room and Gallery, which are rented as a duo. The cool gray Terrace Room can be used for intimate dinners, while the semicircular Gallery is ideal for hors d’oeuvres and champagne receptions. The Gallery interior, which features different works of art each month, is warmed by light filtering through a 40-foot wall of windows that overlook a fountain courtyard. CEREMONY CAPACITY: Outdoors, the Rose Garden holds 160 seated. Indoors, the Fountain Room holds 350 seated, the Terrace Room 150 seated and the Gallery 50 standing guests. |

Fees & Deposits
A $200–500 security and cleaning deposit is required when you book the facility. The rental fee is payable 90 days prior to the event (or when you book the site) and ranges $30–235/hour depending on the day and spaces rented and San Ramon residency (residents are charged a discounted rate). A 2-hour minimum is required for the Fountain and Terrace Rooms. Weekend rates apply to holiday bookings.

Year-round, daily: Sunday–Thursday and holidays, 7am–11pm; Friday and Saturday 7am–1am.
