Fees & Deposits

A $5,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. A portion is due 90 days prior to the event and the balance is due 10 days prior. Rental fees range $1,000–2,500 depending on the time of the event and the space rented. Packages range $225–300/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
