Fees & Deposits

25% of the food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your date. A portion is due 90 days prior to the event. The balance is due two days prior to the event. Rental fees range $100 - 3,000 depending on the space rented and your food and beverage requirements. Meals range $28–65/person. Tax, alcohol and a 22% service charge are additional.
