Fees & Deposits
To reserve your date, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required with your signed contract. The balance, along with proof of liability insurance and a damage deposit, is due 6 weeks prior to the event. Rental fees range $4,000–8,000 depending on guest count.
Availability
This outdoor venue is available year-round, however during the time period between October 15th and April 15th, provisions will need to be made for the possibility of inclement weather. Event dates are available daily Sunday–Thursday 9am–9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am–10pm. City requires that event music be turned off by 10pm Friday–Saturday and by 9pm Sunday–Thursday.
