Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. A good faith estimate of your guest count is due 30 days prior to the event along with an additional deposit of 50% of the site fee. The site fee balance, along with payment for wine is due 14 days before the event. Rental fees for larger events on the Patio and/or Tasting Room range $65 – 75/person depending on the space rented. Smaller dinners and receptions can take place in the Tasting Room, which holds up to 50 seated guests and 80 standing. Site fees for this space range $35 – 45/person depending on guest count.
Availability
In general, the facility is available after 5:30pm in the winter and after 6pm in the summer and take place in 4-hour blocks of time, with additional time for setup and teardown. Events must wrap up by 10pm.
