Fees & Deposits
A $700 deposit is required to reserve your date. Another portion is due 90 days prior to the event, and the balance is due 7 days prior. Rental fees range $700–2,000 depending on the season of the event. Meals range $30–80/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
Availability
Available May-June and some additional summer dates, as well as September - November. Call for details on availability and specific event timing.
