Fees & Deposits

50% of the total event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $4,500–6,500 depending on the day and time of the event and the space rented. Full service packages available starting at $100/person for 150 guests. Packages include exclusive use of Courtyard and Great Room, day-of coordination though Bay Area Entertainment, valet parking through CPA Valet, buffet dinner, tables and chairs, linens, and setup. Tax is included, service charge is additional. Bar and Bat Mitzvah packages also available.
