Fees & Deposits
A $2,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Another portion is due 90 days prior to the event, and the balance is due 7 days prior. Rental fees range $100–350 depending on the space rented and your anticipated food and beverage minimum. Meals range $29–95/person. Tax, alcohol and an 18% service charge are additional. Custom cakes are available through their on-site bakery. If you bring in your own cake, a cake-cutting fee may apply.
