Description
The Garden Court Hotel is designed around an impressive European-style courtyard, whose large central fountain and tiers of flower-laden balconies create the feeling of an old Mediterranean town square. One of the few venues on the Peninsula where you can host your wedding and reception and house all your guests at the same location, the Garden Court provides a warm ambiance combined with modern facilities and topnotch service.
The facility has strong visual appeal: dark green and white trim contrast with terra cotta-colored walls, and planters are filled with colorful annuals, perennials and lighted trees. Guests often relax in the sunny courtyard, sipping champagne or sampling hors d’oeuvres before heading into the spacious Courtyard Ballroom for a seated meal. The smaller Grove Ballroom on the second floor is another pleasing reception space. It features floor-to-ceiling arched windows that open onto an outdoor terrace, an excellent spot for serving cocktails.
Mediterranean-inspired catering is provided by the in-house caterer, Il Fornaio, a restaurant renowned for its Northern Italian cuisine. Two additional benefits of having a reception (with over 75 guests) at the Garden Court are: You’ll be offered a complimentary guestroom for the wedding couple, complete with fireplace or jacuzzi, champagne and continental breakfast. And, all guests attending your event will receive a preferred guestroom rate. What more could you ask for?

Fees & Deposits
For weddings, a $2,000 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking, an additional $3,000 nonrefundable deposit is due 6 months prior to your event date, and the final estimated total is due 10 days prior to the event. All deposits are applied to the total cost of the event. Facility fees start at $1,000 and vary depending on the day of the week and space rented. Meal and beverage packages begin at $95/guest. Tax and a 20% service charge are additional. All pricing is guaranteed 90 days prior to the event date, with some specialty items subject to market change.
Facility fees for meetings and corporate events vary based on group size, room(s) selected, and catering requirements. Please call for more specifics and information packet.
