Description
Fremont Hills Country Club is a handsome, relaxed, private facility which opens the doors of its airy clubhouse to both members and non-members for evening events. The spacious second-floor event room, combined with the country setting, immaculate grounds, and ample parking, make Fremont Hills a popular choice for all sorts of parties: weddings, anniversaries, bar mitzvahs, corporate fundraisers, and award ceremonies. Business clients may also use the club’s small conference room (just off the main room) for small meetings; otherwise, the conference space is used as a changing area for a bride or a convenient spot for band.
Nestled in a valley of the Los Altos Hills, the club is ringed by slopes covered in pine and oak. In the flat of the valley lies its gigantic Olympic-plus-size swimming pool, a great stretch of turquoise framed by white cabanas and verdant lawns. Just up the rise above the pool is the clubhouse, a broad gray two-story building with white decks on all sides. Guests approach the clubhouse along a walk lined with vibrant gold and purple flowers, and enter a small marble-tiled foyer; from there, elevators take them to the second floor.
Upstairs, as you exit the elevator, a skylit atrium opens into the midpoint of the main event space, which stretches in both directions along the length of the clubhouse and curves back towards the hill at either end. The walls and soaring, angled ceiling of the room are painted a warm white which, together with the tan-and-beige carpet create a soft neutral backdrop; complementary furnishings include natural wood chairs with white seats, and round tables of various sizes to suit your needs. French doors and many large picture windows open the room to wonderful views of the pool and surrounding hills; pots of tall bamboo and rubber plants bring greenery directly into the space. One has a sense of being in a vast, open tree house.
Everyone at your event will appreciate the attributes of Fremont Hills. While guests are enjoying the main room’s soaring second-floor views, caterers can pull their trucks up directly to the back of the building, on level with the second floor, and drop off food and other supplies at the fully equipped professional kitchen. It’s just one more way in which Fremont Hills has created a successful event space, and provided the vital ingredients for a successful party.

Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 rental deposit is required to hold your date; the rental balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Any remaining balance is payable at the event’s conclusion. The Club rental fee ranges $1,500–3,500. All beverages are provided by the Club; costs vary depending on what beverages are selected. Bar service, hosted or not hosted, bar setup and service charges are extra.
