Fees & Deposits
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. Another $1,000 is required 6 months prior to the event and the balance is due 10 days prior. Rental fees range $750–3,500 depending on the space rented. Meals range $23–42/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
Availability
Year-round, daily until 10pm. Outdoor amplified music until sundown only.
