Fees & Deposits
50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $7,580–9,280 (which includes some overnight accommodations, read below) and vary depending on the season.
This is an intimate setting for small weddings and offers a unique opportunity to gain exclusive use of the 2-acre site for your own party, with accommodations for up to 8 couples included in the rental fee.
Parties must use a wedding coordinator.
The inn has bistro tables for about 30 guests. Large banquet tables may be rented through an outside vendor. This is a mostly outdoor site with mature trees and a small covered patio. A large tent should be rented for fall and winter weddings.
Event insurance will be needed for any party which brings in a caterer not already on the inn’s preferred list. BBQs are available for the caterer’s use.
