Fees & Deposits
A $200 nonrefundable deposit (which is applied to the rental fee) plus a $200 refundable cleaning/security deposit, is required to reserve your date. The balance is due one week prior to the event. Rental fees range $600–6,000 depending on the day and time of the event, your guest count and the overall complexity of the event.
Availability
Tuesday-Saturday after 5:30pm or all day with extra "buyout" fee. Sunday-Monday all day.
