20% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date. Another portion is due 90 days prior to the event, and the balance is due 3 days prior. Rental fees range $500–5,000 depending on the space rented. Meals range $40–65/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
