Blackhawk Grille

Description

Situated among the trendy shops in Blackhawk Plaza, Blackhawk Grille uses waterfalls, cascades and lagoons that meander through the Plaza as stunning focal points for most of their entertainment areas, indoors and out.

One of Blackhawk Grille’s most desirable event spaces is the terraced patio outside the main entrance. As the water from the Plaza’s tranquil lagoon laps at the patio’s edge and flows over rock cascades on either side, you feel as though you’ve discovered your own private island. In the spring and summer, feathery mimosa trees flutter in the balmy breeze scented by star jasmine flowers, and white canvas market umbrellas shade you as you gaze out over the shimmering expanse of water. During fall and winter, heat lamps keep you comfy while a brilliant sunset is reflected in the lagoon. The patio is suitable for virtually any event, from a rehearsal dinner to an intimate wedding. Your guests won’t have to traipse in and out of the restaurant for their food and drinks either, since everything can be set up on the patio.

Indoors, the décor is stylish and sophisticated. Large picture windows allow views of the lagoon and red tile-roofed Plaza buildings from almost everywhere in the restaurant. Three individual dining areas have their own unique characteristics: The Estate Room, a stand-alone banquet facility facing the Plaza, offers stylish seclusion. Gleaming hardwood floors and buttery walls are a warm counterpoint to the industrial chic of black ceiling pipes, softly draped in cocoa-colored sheers. The Main Dining Room is a sought-after niche where water laps against a floor-to-ceiling bay window. The Vintners’ Room boasts a 3,000-bottle, glass-enclosed wine cellar, displaying jeroboams of fine wines. Although this room is private, guests can observe the exhibition kitchen and all the hustle and bustle of the main dining room through the glass doors that separate the two rooms. In each of Blackhawk Grille’s dining areas, oversized picture windows take advantage of the lagoon view, and walls painted in delicate mottled shades of copper and gold blur the line where the windows stop and the water begins.

If you’re searching for a first-class venue for a social or business event, you owe it to yourself to check out Blackhawk Grille. It’s like finding an oasis in the desert!
