Fees & Deposits

A $500 or 40% (whichever is greater) deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance can be paid in monthly installments, or any schedule you wish, with final payment due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $795–1,995 depending on the number of guests. Meals start at $50/person. Call for details. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. Wine and champagne are allowed, no beer or hard liquor.
