Fees & Deposits

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. The rental fee is $10,850 and includes: (1) 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage for 30 days and use of main home and grounds with the 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for 4 nights and 5 days. Dates that you would like your family/friends to use the main home with the grounds must be written into the rental agreement at time of signing. Included also is a gift certificate for a 7 night stay in (1) 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium at Napa Valley Resort at Silverado.
