Just 25 miles west of downtown in Wheaton, Illinois, this fresh and friendly bridal salon has so much to offer Chicagoland brides. And whether you’re a bride in search of a wedding-day ensemble for yourself and your bridesmaids (and flower girl!), or a Mother of the Bride or Groom who wants to make a memorable style-statement, you can count on the support and expertise of proprietor Nicole Kurz and her well-trained staff.

Nicole’s chic-factor is evident the moment you cross the threshold. The shop is intimate and prettily decorated, so you feel like you’re visiting the boudoir of an elegant friend. Her selection of designers hits the right note, too: stylish but not extravagant, modern yet feminine, there’s something here for “all tastes, shapes, and budgets.”  Eye-catching stunners by Kitty Chen and Amy Kuschel (a Chicagoland exclusive!) will make you feel special yet still comfortably “you.” The lace and beaded details of wedding dresses by Aire Barcelona and Enzoani have a European flair, while the opulence of La Richi Couture gives princess brides the royal treatment.

But what brides appreciate most about this particular boutique is the exceptional service. According to one newlywed we spoke with, “Everyone at The Dress by Nicole made my dress shopping enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.” Brides also compliment the shop’s fashion knowledge, including fabrics and gown construction. This isn’t surprising, since Nicole herself not only has a life-long passion for bridal, but also has a degree in Fashion Design!
