The Fig Room partners with In Good Company to offer exclusive planning packages designed specifically for the venue. Event planning services are available for an additional fee from the venue rental.
The Celebration Package is $1,000 is available Sunday–Friday and includes:
- Gold Chiavari chairs & farmhouse tables, plus banquet and cocktail tables with white or black linens
- 1-hour meeting with In Good Company and an event space logistics meeting (on-site walkthrough
- Consultation of design elements such as floral arrangements, centerpieces, and décor items
- Creating and dispersing a detailed floor plan of the venue
- In-house dinnerware, glassware, and décor
- On-site parking
- On-site event setup & breakdown of tables & chairs, plus standard cleanup
The Soiree Package is $1,400 and includes everything in the Celebration Package PLUS:
- Light décor customization from curated packages partnered with EventWorks
- Set up of in-house décor or DIY add-ons per the initial planning meeting

The Signature Package ranges $2,150–3,350 and includes everything in the Celebration Package PLUS:
- Rental credit towards design enhancements with rental partner EventWorks
- Initial consultation, two one-hour meetings, budget analysis and guidance, unlimited planning hours, and unlimited email correspondence
- Customized event design proposal outlining the visual concept for your event and styling board for all portions of the experience
- Coordination of color schemes, décor, linens, and other visual elements to create a cohesive look
- Access to all In Good Company vendor partner programs, as well as vendor coordination
- Up to two on-site planners managing the event day
