Rental Fee

• Rental fee varies depending on:

  • Access to the entire Gallery campus during the event
  • Wired & wireless microphones and speakers
  • Touch-panel control system for video and music
  • Flexible space configurations
  • Full catering kitchen and bar facilities
  • Tables, chairs, black linens, and centerpieces

  Ceremony-only rental starts at $1,000 for the first hour; additional time $500/hour.

  Reception-only rental starts at $600/hour; if the event is over 4 hours, the first 2 hours are $450/hour.

  Ceremony & reception rental is $700/hour.

• Full-service bar available with an 18% gratuity and sales tax for hosted and cash bars.
