Rental Fee

• $2,500–3,000/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week

• Facility fees include a 4.5-hour event, beginning as early as 6:30pm and ending at 11pm.

  Pricing applies to up to 200 guests; additional guests are $8–10/person.

Package Prices

• $109/person and up

• All packages include:

  • Hosted wine, beer, and soft drink bar (some packages also include liquor; 3 hours of liquor may be added to any package for $10–15/person)
  • Tray-passed hors d'oeuvres
  • Plated entrée or buffet dinner
  • Cake cutting and coffee & hot tea service
  • Floor-length linens, tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, votives, sea glass, and table décor
