- There’s something pretty in every direction. The 67-acre property is surrounded by Shenandoah Valley farmland and dotted with trees and quaint buildings that are straight out of a vintage pastoral painting. Mole Hill, Massanutten Peak, the Appalachian Mountains, and the Blue Ridge Mountains are all visible from Sunnyslope.
- You receive exclusive access to the farm on your wedding day. The management only books one event per day, which means you won’t need to share the space or rush to finish up your celebrating.
- Use of the rustic barn and guest house are included. Large celebrations are held outdoors in the lighted, heatable tent, but there’s also an adjacent charmingly renovated barn. The “Egghouse” has a kitchen, showers, and living area, and makes a great chill-out spot, or can function as the “back of house” center of operations for your caterers.

- Bar positioned as preferred & the 'bar service package'
The Southern Hospitality package is $7,900 and includes everything in the Rustic Chic Package PLUS:
- Day-of coordinator
- Officiant
- Tent heating if needed
