VIRTUAL WEDDING PACKAGE
The Academy is proud to present... your wedding! Host your wedding ceremony LIVE from the Academy Theatre stage, with the Academy's extensive production expertise, including state-of-the-art lighting and sound quality and creative videography, and trusted relationship with the Virginia Department of Health, focusing on the safety of everyone who enters the building.

The Academy Virtual Wedding Package starts at $1,500 and includes:

• 3-hour access to the historic Theatre stage, with time for rehearsal, coordination for staging, lighting, sound, and video, as well as a live-streamed ceremony and post-event time with virtual guests
• 1-hour for the live-streamed ceremony
• Access for 7 in-person participants including your officiant, the couple, and 4 guests, plus access for up to 100 virtual guests
  
• Full ceremony planning service, including online and on-site rehearsal
• Clean and safe facility with ingress, egress, and sanitation protocols approved by the Virginia Department of Health
• Custom playlist before, during, and after the ceremony
• Use of 24′ x 34′ rear projector and screen to project Zoom guests throughout the ceremony
• Use of 3 HD cameras to capture changing moments of the event, helmed by a professional video camera operator using bonded video connection link to ensure consistent feed
• Link with recorded ceremony provided post-event for download and sharing
• 2 premium-level tickets to an upcoming Academy Presents performance
