Rental Fee

• $1,400–2,200/event

• The reception rental fee depends on the day of the week and the time of year and includes:
  

  • 5-hr exclusive venue use
  • Wedding Consultant, Event Host, and Service Staff during the reception
  • Dressing suites
  • Tables, chairs, and linens
  • Centerpieces
  • And more!

Ceremony Fee

• $400–600/event

• Ceremony-only packages are $600 and include:
  

  • 3-hr exclusive use of the building & garden areas
  • Coordinator
  • Rehearsal
  • Seating for 100 guests
  • Music

  Ceremonies booked with an accompanying reception package are $400 and include: one additional hour (prior to the reception), coordinator, rehearsal, seating for 100 guests, and music.
