Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Free 1-year membership to the Botanic Gardens with all reception hall bookings
- Venue rental for 4 hours (extended rental is $250/hour)
- Tables, indoor chairs, and linens (sales tax extra)
- Parking, on-site security, WiFi, microphones, and house sound
All rental items such as additional tables, chair covers, draping, additional lighting, lounge furniture, etc. must be coordinated through the Memphis Botanic Garden Rentals Department.
Ceremony Fee
- $1,500/event
The ceremony fee includes 100 padded folding chairs; a seven-person golf cart; as well as two hours for the ceremony & pictures. Chairs after the 100 provided are $5 each plus sales tax.
