Bare Bark DIY Evergreen Wedding
This intimate option includes use of the event spaces, restrooms, dressing suites, kitchen (for storage) and outdoor ceremony spaces for up to 50 people.
Pricing is $3,500 April–November, and $1,000–2,500 December–March and weekdays.

The rental fee includes:
- 14-hour day-of use of the venue, plus 6-hour access the day prior
- Three dressing suites
- Choice of ceremony site with chairs & benches, trellis/arch/cross, draping, and backdrops
- Reception décor, including a faux fireplace, white Sola wood flower blossoms, wooden backdrop wall, antique wheelbarrow, and more
- Tables, chairs, and assorted vintage-inspired lounge furnishings
- AV system with Bluetooth setup and indoor & outdoor speakers and mics
- Access to the venue for engagement photos
Two-day and weekend events also include lodging in the Lodge and Evergreen Cabin (sleeps up to 45 guests), and the “Honeymoon Suite Complimentary Gift Package" which includes a local sparkling muscadine wine, cheese, crackers, and chocolate/nuts.
