Sherman Library & Gardens is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, which means a portion of venue rental fees may be tax-deductible. These rental fees help support and sustain the gardens and ensure that this beautiful sanctuary will be here for many generations to come.

Rental Fee
- $5,000–9,000/event
Rental fees vary based on the day of the week and time of year. All rentals include exclusive venue access from 5–10pm, plus a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal, two site coordinators, a private dressing room, and complimentary parking.
April–October
- Saturday: $9,000
- Friday & Sunday: $7,000
November–March
- Saturday: $6,500
- Friday & Sunday: $5,000
