Self-serve beer, wine, spritzers, etc., does not require a bartender (upon approval). A cash bar requires a licensed seller with a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Off-Premises Catering Permit. All alcohol must be served by a RAMP or TIPS licensed bartender. During our event nights self-service is allowed with a corkage fee.
