• All rentals include:

  • 12-hour day-of venue rental, plus 1-hour access for engagement photos
  • Indoor or outdoor ceremony location with up to 150 chairs
  • Indoor reception space with dedicated sides for dining & dancing
  • Use of the dressing suite for the entire day, starting at 8am (additional dressing suite at The Sycamore Lounge may be added for $750)
  • On-site kitchen for prep or storage
  • On-site parking and attendant
  • Day-of venue host
  • Farm and round tables, padded wooden chairs, wine barrels, outdoor games, and market lights

  Weekday weddings, small weddings, and elopements are priced at $300/hour.

• Full service catering from 39 West Catering starts at $42/person. Bar packages range $19/person for a 4-hour beer & wine bar to $32/person for a 5-hour top-tier bar.
