Includes 4-hour use of the pre-decorated outdoor ceremony site, the option to take photos in the Ballroom, and seating for 40.

Available Monday–Wednesday from noon–4pm.

  • $2,000–4,500/event

  • Rental packages include:

    • Use of the Ballroom and outdoor ceremony site with arbor
    • Commercial kitchen
    • DB booth, sound, and lighting equipment
    • Built-in beverage station
    • Tables, chairs, linens, and standard décor 
    • Two dressing suites, movie theatre for kids, and mood lighting (Essentials Package only)

    The Whirlwind | 6 hours | $2,000–2,750
    The Essentials | 12 hours | $3,750–4,500

    An off-site ceremony location overlooking the Big Manistee River is also available for up to 50 guests. The $3,000 fee includes table & chairs, setup, portable restrooms, and a 2-night stay in the 2-bedroom cabin.

Additional Info

  • Overnight lodging in the bed & breakfast may be reserved separately (and includes a continental breakfast!).
