Use of Faranadnear requires a site fee, which ranges $10,000–18,000 and includes a tent, bistro lighting, dance floor, bar, tables & chairs, and shuttle service. Funds help support the conservation of Farandnear Reservation.

All packages include:
- 5-hour event time for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
- Chairs, aisle runner, and drape for a covered bridge ceremony
- Cocktail hour with stationary hors d'oeuvres
- 3-course plated or buffet dinner with choice of linens
- Wedding cake or cupcakes from a preferred vendor and coffee & tea station
- Complimentary access to the prop room
- Day-of coordination, bartending services, and planning assistance
Micro-weddings include everything listed above for a 4-hour event time. Pricing is $70/person, plus a $1,250 wedding fee.
