Rental Fee
  • $5,400/event and up

  • The rental fee for weddings of up to 150 guests starts at $5,400 (Friday & Saturday only) and includes:

    • 13 hours total rental time:
      • Friday 3–8pm for setup, rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner
      • Saturday with 2 hours for prep, 5-hour ceremony, cocktails, reception, and 1 hour for cleanup
    • Two dressing areas
    • Fruitwood chairs, farm tables, buffet & sweetheart tables, along with table layout assistance
    • Use of the Great Hall & bistro-lit courtyard
    • Sliding wood barn doors, bar area, ceiling fans, and white organza décor
    • Catering staging area, ample parking, and restrooms

    Optional day-of coordination is $750.
