  Flip Flop Package | $13,875
  Available Friday & Saturday for up to 200 guests, with an overnight stay in one of the waterfront homes. Add-ons include two dressing suites (one with lodging) and additional lodging in 3 other homes.

  3 House / 3 Night Package | $28,715
  Includes a 3-night stay in two waterfront homes + dressing suite home for up to 50 people. Available May–October.

  5 House / 3 Night Package | $33,897
  Includes a 3-night stay in all five homes on the property for up to 72 people. Available May–October.
