Rental Fee

• $2,000–3,500/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week
  • Event duration

• The rental fee is $3,500 for Saturday, $2,500 for Friday, and $2,000 for Sunday.

  The fee includes:

  • Up to 4 hours of reception time (each additional hour is $500)
  • Existing dining room & veranda furniture
  • China, flatware, glassware, and linens for all indoor tables
  • Security, facility management, and event coordination

  A food & beverage minimum will also apply. (See below.)

Ceremony Fee

• $1,000–1,250/event
• Ceremony fee varies depending on:
  • Space reserved

• Ceremony chairs are additional.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $5,000–10,000/event
• Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:
  • Day of week

• The F&B minimum is $10,000 for Saturday, $7,000 for Friday, and $5,000 for Sunday.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $47–57/person

• There is a 75-person minimum.

Service Charge or Gratuity

• 22%
