Rental Fee

• $450–3,000/event

• Full facility rentals include use of the Gardenia Room, Magnolia Room, and commercial kitchen. Pricing is based on the length of the rental:
  

  Half Day | 4 hours of your choosing | $450

  Single Day | 8am–midnight | $1,000
  Single Day + Night Before | adds 8pm–midnight the day prior | $1,500
  Single Day + Half-Day Before | adds 3pm–midnight the day prior | $1,750
  Two Days | 8am–midnight both days | $2,000
  

  Individual room rentals are priced hourly, ranging $25–75/hour with a 2- or 4-hour minimum.

Meals (when priced separately)

• Arrange through an outside caterer.
