Includes a 60-minute ceremony + mini-reception with cake & champagne toast for the couple (11am–3pm), use of the gazebo, dining rooms, and gardens for photos, in-house planning, and special rates for overnight guests.
Intimate Nuptials | 3-hour event, up to 25 people | $1,500
Includes everything listed above, PLUS: an officiant, bouquet and/or boutonnière, and 1 guest room with gourmet breakfast.

Rental Fee

- Rental fee varies depending on:

Venue-only rentals are $1,500 for Sunday–Thursday events & $2,500 for Friday–Saturday events.
Rental fees include:- 9-hour exclusive event rental (2–11 pm)
- Exclusive use of property (dining rooms, front porch, gazebo and pool area)
- Tables, chairs and linens
- Use of kitchen (by licensed caterer)
Add individual guest rooms for $125 each or book all eight guest rooms for $800.

The Simple Elegance Package is $6,000 for up to 50 guests and includes everything in the venue-only rental PLUS:
