- Access to the barns on Friday from noon–7pm for rehearsal, setup, and decorating
- Exclusive use of the farm on Saturday from noon to midnight, including the farmhouse with a bridal suite and man cave
- Tables & chairs, whiskey barrels, galvanized tubs, drapery on barn doorways, and other decorative items
- Parking areas (including ADA spots and golf cart transportation for guests who need it)
- Covered arena with chandelier, accent lighting, drapery, and a custom dance floor
- Hay bale sofa with a fire pit and firewood
